In this session know various standing yoga poses and learn how they are practiced. These poses are very essential in knowing the basic alignment of your body. It help you become more aware of your posture. 


Sun Salutation 

Sun Salutation (Suryanamaskar)

Sun salutation warms up the whole body and prepares you for the up coming yoga poses. This series of steps increases flexibility almost in all parts of the body. 

Pada hastanasa 

Hands to feet pose (Pada hastanasa)

This exercise strengthens the abdomen and lower Back muscles and is often helpful to come up into the head stand. This trims the abdomen and thigh muscles.  

Triangal pose 

Triangal pose (trikonasana)

Triangle pose many benefits as it teaches to balance your whole body. This trims the abdomen and thigh muscles.This is the final pose in our yoga beginners session.
