when we want to see something to our left or right , we mostly turn our neck to look. We almost barely move our eyes. This over time makes the eye muscles weak. Our eye muscles do need exercise like any other muscles in our body. These exercises help to improve eyesight and prevents strain. Important:- Do these exercises continuously. 

 

 

1.First look up now look down. Do it 3-5 times.

2. Look to your  right as far as possible; Now look to your far left. Do it 3-5 times.

3. Look top right now move your eyes diagonally to  look at your  bottom left. Do it 3-5 times. In the same way look top left and diagonally to your  bottom right.

4. Look up, circle your eyes  around, clockwise, as wide as possible. Do it 3-5 times; Now do it anticlockwise. Do it 3-5 times.

5. Held your thumb up on your eye level. Now look at your  thumb, then  gradually shift your focus on to the wall in front of you. then back, near to far focusing. Do it 3-5 times.
