After completing the corse pose come up and sit in sukhasana. The word "sukha" means joy or comfort. Sukhasana is one of the most comfortable and easy pose. This pose is one of the meditative popses which strengthens the spine and when done at the beginning of the session, makes the mind receptive. Imagine that you are going deep into yourself leaving the outside world, when doing this pose. This makes your mind turn inwards which is called Pratyahara in yoga. |

Savasana is a fantastic relaxation pose. Savasana can be done in between and at the end of yoga session. This may look simple in the begining but it ofcourse one of the difficult pose. It requires a lot of concentration. This is a very effective way to help you get into deep relaxation. |
